What does this area of Rome have to offer in particular?

Via Veneto has been the most prestigious street in Rome since the 1960’s when it was featured as the heart of high society in the film “Dolce Vita.”
Even today there is still this atmosphere, with its bars, restaurants, shops and luxury hotels that offer a variety of services to tourists that come from all over the world (taxis, buses and metro, laundry services, currency exchange offices, cinemas, pubs, etc.).
Visit some of the most important historical monuments and museums that are just a short walk away (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna and Trinità dé Monti, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dé Fiori, Galleria Borghese, etc.).

Where can we park if we come by car?

There are restrictions on entering the historical center of Rome by car (ZTL: zona a traffico limitato – limited traffic zone).
It is prohibited to drive in the limited traffic zone from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Once you have entered the center you can pay to park where you see the blue lines that identify parking spots.
We highly recommend that you park at one of the various private parking lots outside of the limited traffic zone, as it is more convenient and easier to go around the city with public transport or walking.
If you choose to park outside of the limited traffic zone, the Parcheggio Ludovisi is particularly handy.
It is located on Via Ludovisi, 60 (Via Veneto) and is open everyday from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
The daily fee is about 18 Euros.
